We set out with the mission of introducing Ula Garlic as a geographically indicated product, revitalizing production, and creating a sustainable food chain together with stakeholders.
We believe in the transformative power of food. Inspired by the unifying and inclusive impact of the table, we strive for a vision of a more just, healthy, and sustainable world.
Social Gastronomy
Social gastronomy believes that food is a tool for social change. As the Ula Garlic Association, we aim to raise awareness about healthy nutrition, local production, social inequality, and the climate crisis, while also fostering a meaningful connection between producers and consumers.
At the heart of this approach lies the idea that the table should be a common ground for everyone. Our priority is to expand this understanding through collaboration with local communities, international projects, and innovative initiatives.
