Originating in the Ula district of Muğla, this initiative came together to revitalize local production, bring the geographically indicated Ula Garlic to the world cuisine, and make a social difference through social gastronomy.
We began as a social enterprise focused on garlic, one of the agricultural products that sustains Ula's rich, multicultural, and deeply rooted culinary tradition. We are committed to preserving cultural heritage, agricultural history, and local wisdom.
