Ula's purple treasure: A garlic story from tradition to the future
We began as a social enterprise focused on garlic, one of the agricultural products that sustains Ula's rich, multicultural, and deeply rooted culinary tradition. We are committed to preserving cultural heritage, agricultural history, and local wisdom.
We aim to reveal, develop and promote our culinary richness, food, beverage and presentation etiquette in all its aspects, by conducting or commissioning scientific research, both nationally and internationally.
In this direction:
